An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a woman for allegedly buying alcohol for six minors during a party at her home.

53-Year old Gail A. Holmes is being charged with six counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.  The children were ages fifteen and sixteen.

Holmes' residence is located on Stetson Circle in the Town of Onondaga.  The party took place on Friday, November 8, 2013.

In a written release New York State Police Zone Two Commader Captain Jeffrey Raub said, "This particular case is emblematic of the larger issue of underage drinking and our need for a strong partnership between parents, law enforcement, and society to ensure the safety of our teens and young adults.  We rely on good citizens in the community, like the tipster Friday night, to bring our attention to parties involving underage drinking, and encourage the public to support these efforts as we head into the holiday party season."

Holmes is scheduled to appear in court on December 4, 2013.
