Operation Sabotage Fort Stanwix – This Week In The Mohawk Valley

Long known as the 'Getaway Region' of New York, Oneida County and the Mohawk Valley always have something interesting to offer, this week is a historic event at Fort Stanwix.

WIBX 950 in conjunction with Oneida County Tourism host This Week In The Mohawk Valley Toy and the CNY Travel Show to highlight community events and opportunities that are coming to the Mohawk Valley throughout the week.

This week, William Bill Sawyer from Fort Stanwix is in studio to talk with Kelly and Jeff about Operation Sabotage Stanwix. Developed by a Syracuse University professor, the 'escape room' game is loosely based on a historic incident that took place at Fort Stanwix in 1778. Participants are tasked with completing a series of tasks in a set time limit in order to 'escape' the room.
