Oriskany Falls Woman Charged With Grand Larceny

Oriskany Falls, NY (WIBX) - An Oriskany Falls woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $2,000 from a friend.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says after cashing a check for her friend, 39-year old Riva Sanizzary gave him some cash back and told him the bank took the rest because he owed the bank money on an overdrawn account.

Sanizzary, who is on parole, was charged with grand larceny.

She's being held in the County jail without bail.
