Oswego Woman Racks Up 3 DWI Charges In 3 Months

Town of Granby, NY (WIBX) - A traffic stop in the Town of Granby led to the arrest of an Oswego woman now facing her third DWI violation within the last three months. New York State police say they stopped 50-year-old Kathy S. Joseph, of 2197 County Route 7 in Oswego Town, for not wearing a seatbelt, when they discovered that she was also intoxicated.

Officials say they learned that Joseph--who is also accused of falsely identifying herself--was arrested on February 25 and on March 26, of this year for DWI on County Route 8 in the Town of Granby. Joseph is charged with 2nd Degree Criminal Impersonation, Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Seatbelt. Joseph will answer the charges at a later date in Granby Town Court.
