Pair Arrested On Burglary Charges

Two people have been arrested in connection with a burglary at a storage facility on Main Street in Utica.

Utica Police say 23-year old Stephanie Southard of Cassville and 42-year old Donald Birmingham of West Winfield were both charged with burglary and petty larceny.

Authorities say Birmingham was wearing an ankle bracelet monitoring device when he was arrested and was also allegedly in possession of cocaine and a glass tube smoking device.

Police say additional charges against Birmingham may be pending.
