Palmieri In 28th Straight Sweep

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri will lead his 28th consecutive Quality of Life Sweep today.

Palmieri will lead a contingent of city workers from the intersection of Sunset and Butler Avenues beginning at noon.

He'll be joined by members of almost every city department.

The mayor says he'll conduct his weekly sweeps, which began on April 4th, until winter weather prevents him from doing so.
