Palmieri Streak Enters 18th Week

Utica, NY (WIBX) -It’s Wednesday and that means Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri will be hitting the streets again.
The mayor’s latest Quality of Life Sweep will begin at noon at the corner of Oswego and Francis Streets.
Palmieri will be joined by city department heads, Codes Department staff and public works and DPW crews.
This will be Palmieri’s 18th straight Quality of Life Sweep.
He promises a sweep every week until the snow flies.
