For the third straight week, Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri is bringing city government to the people.

Palmieri will begin his weekly Quality of Life Sweep tomorrow at noon on the corner of Genesee and Hopper Streets, near downtown Utica.

He and his crew of department heads and public works employees will then work their way east along Rutger Street until reaching the intersection of Culver Avenue.

Last year, Palmieri led 36 sweeps, covering more than 70 miles of city streets.
