Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri is bringing his Quality of Life Sweep to the downtown area.

This week's sweep is set to begin at noon at the corner of Genesee and Eagle Streets, then work east along Eagle Street until three.

Palmieri, as always, will be joined by his department heads and Codes Enforcement staff who will help address resident concerns and respond to complaints.

This marks the fifth consecutive week Palmieri has held his Quality of Life Sweeps. He says he will continue to hold them until December.
