This Wednesday, Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri is bringing his weekly Quality of Life Sweeps closer to the Oneida Square area.

Palmieri says his crew, made up of department heads and city employees, will start their sweep at the intersection of Park Avenue and Hopper Street at noon.

Once they reach Oneida Square, the group will then work their way south on Oneida Street before ending at 3.

This is Palmieri's sixth sweep. He says they will continue each week until December.
