Patterson Charged In Murder Of Kurt Wyman
Utica, NY (WIBX) – The man accused of shooting and killing Oneida County Sheriff’s Deputy Kurt Wyman has been formally charged.
40-year old Christian Patterson was arraigned yesterday by Oneida County Court Judge Michael Dwyer on a charge of aggravated murder.
The charge carries a sentence of life in prison without parole.
Patterson is at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, where he continues to receive treatment.
The District Attorney’s Office says a felony hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday morning at a location to be determined based on Patterson’s medical condition.
