Utica, NY (WIBX) - The man accused of robbing the Cash Corner Pawn Shop on Genesee Street at gunpoint was indicted on three felonies ranging from first degree robbery and second degree criminal possession of a weapon. The suspect, 39-year-old Robert E. Lecher, III, of Shepherd Place in Utica is accused of walking into the Pawn Shop on June 17, and holding up the store with a sawed-off shotgun.
