Albany, NY (WIBX) - Public Employees are getting "psyched" for a rally that they hope gets Governor Cuomo's attention.

PEF is organizing a gathering at noon this Friday in front of the State Office Building in Utica.

At issue is saving the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center. The Governor has indicated that intends to go ahead with the plan to close the facility and move operations to Syracuse despite objections from local legislators.

Some of those legislators are expected to be on hand to join forces with attendees on Friday.
