State College, PA (WIBX) - Four of Penn State's most powerful leaders are blasted in a new report into the university's response to the allegations of child molestation against former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.

They include former Penn State President Graham Spanier, Senior Vice President Gary Schultz, Athletic Director Timothy Curly and head football coach Joe Paterno.

The report by former FBI director Louis Freeh says the four, quote, "failed to protect against a child sexual predator harming children for over a decade."
