Pennsylvania Man Charged With Sexual Assault Against A Child

State Police have arrested a Pennsylvania man for predatory sexual assault against a child.

30-year old Donald Smith is also charged with criminal sexual act. He's accused of having sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 in the Town of Lenox.

Smith was arraigned in the Town of Lenox Court and sent to the Madison County Jail on $50,000 bail.

The Madison County Child Advocacy Center assisted State Police in their investigation.
