Picente To Deliver State Of County Address On Tuesday

Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente will deliver his State of the County Address tomorrow morning at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Utica.

The cost to attend the breakfast, which starts at 8:00, is $20.

It's free for those only wishing to hear the address.

Picente will speak at around 8:30.
