Poland Man Charged In Fatal 2015 Crash

State Police have charged a Poland man in connection with a fatal accident that happened last July.

25-year old Alexander Perry was arrested following an indictment handed down by a Herkimer County grand jury.

Perry is facing charges including vehicular manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide in a July 2015 crash that killed 21-year old Cameron Jones of Newport and injured four other passengers.

Perry is also charged with vehicular assault and operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs.

Perry was arraigned in Herkimer County Court and sent to the Herkimer County jail on  $50,0000 bail.
