ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a fatal shooting at an Albany bar popular with the LGBT community wasn't bias-related. The Times Union of Albany reports police have said Thursday's early morning shooting at Rocks appears to be an isolated incident and not a hate crime. Police say someone opened fire inside the bar around 2 a.m. Thursday. One man died and three other patrons were wounded. No arrests have been made.
