Utica, NY (WIBX) - Two men, who were wanted fugitives, were apprehended in Utica today. According to the report, officials from different law enforcement agencies, executed a search warrant at 1312 Noyes Street and took 25-year-old Rashleigh Austin into police custody. The other suspect, 35-year-old Ervin Seaberry was apprehended at 59 1/2 Clinton Street in Whitesboro. Officials say the men escaped from the New York State Work Offender Program in Buffalo.

US Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force which includes the Utica Police Department Warrants Unit, assisted investigators with the N.Y.S. Department of Corrections assigned to the Attorney General's office in executing the warrants that lead to the arrest of the two fugitives.
