Following a four month long investigation New Hartford Police have arrested a woman for fraudulently opening a store credit card at Boscov's.

Through the course of the investigation it was learned that 26-year-old Christina Cabrera of Troy, NY allegedly opened a store credit card account and made several purchases using the personal information of an individual living in Michigan.

After the credit card was approved, Cabrera made several purchases totaling $2,595.88. She was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, nine counts of Forgery, and Falsifying Business Records. She was released on her own recognizance and will appear in court at a later date.
