Police Find Possible Meth Making Materials On James Street

Utica Police and State Police are investigating the discovery of possible meth making material in the Cornhill area.

Chief Mark Williams says they received a report Wednesdasy morning of a "smoking bottle" that was found along the 100 block of James Street.

Williams says they're not sure yet , but the bottled possibly contained meth making material.

Utica Fire crews were also on the scene to help with cleanup.
