SCHROEPPEL, N.Y. (AP) — State police have identified three people killed in a wrong-way three-vehicle crash in central New York.

Troopers say 68-year-old Bruce Drury of Syracuse drove the wrong way for seven miles on state Route 481 on Monday morning before crashing into two other cars in the Oswego (ahs-WEE'-goh) County town of Schroeppel (SCROO'-puhl).

State police say Drury and twin 69-year-old sisters in another car died at the scene. The sisters have been identified as Louise Porter and Linda Robillard.

State police say Porter's 70-year-old husband, Ronald, was driving the second car and has been hospitalized in stable condition.

The driver of a minivan involved in the crash was treated at the scene and released.
