Police Identifying Victim in Car Crash in Volney

The victim of a car crash in Volney, New York has been identified.

According to a written release Judy Flynn is now facing charges after police say she allegedly crossed over into the wrong lane of traffic on State Route 3 on Tuesday, crashing into a car being driven by Joyce Rice of Fulton.

Rice was pronounced dead at the scene.
