Police Investigate Alleged Sexual Assault At Bar

PENN YAN, N.Y. (AP) — Police in New York's Finger Lakes region are investigating an alleged sexual assault at a bar.

WHEC-TV reports Penn Yan police learned of the alleged assault after a video was shared on Facebook earlier this week. Police say the alleged assault happened at Lloyd's Limited Pub sometime between Dec. 24 and Dec. 25. Investigators say the video shows a woman, who appears to be unconscious, being assaulted on top of the bar.

Police say the bar closed at 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Authorities say four people were inside the establishment at the time of the alleged assault. Police say they are reviewing surveillance video.

No charges have been filed.
