Utica Police are investigating several larcenies from vehicles in the South Utica area over the past several days.

The larcenies took place on Butterfield Avenue, Genesee Street, Oneida Street, Holland Avenue and Baker Ave.

Police say in the vast majority of the larcenies, valuables where in plain sight and the car doors were unlocked.

They're reminding residents to keep their valuables out of sight and to lock all car doors.

If anyone sees anything suspicious or has information on a possible suspect, they're asked to call the UPD at 315-735-3301.
