Police: Man Sought In Wife’s Fatal Shooting Is In Custody
JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a 36-year-old western New York man sought in connection with the fatal shooting of his wife in a church parking lot is now in custody.
Police in Jamestown say Tuesday morning that Keith Robbins has been taken into custody. Police had been seeking him since his 36-year-old wife Shari Robbins was shot in the parking lot of a Jamestown church last Thursday morning.
Officials say Keith Robbins was taken into custody around 6 a.m. after barricading himself inside a home in Jamestown.
No other information was being released until a police news conference scheduled for Tuesday morning.
Shari Robbins, a mother of two, worked as a beautician and certified nursing assistant for Heritage Ministries' skilled nursing facilities in Chautauqua County.\
