Police: People In Video Showing Rough Handling Of Boy Identified
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Officials say they’ve identified several people seen in surveillance video near Plant Street in Utica, exhibiting questionable behavior. Last week, Utica police asked the public for help locating them. At one point two women are seen arguing, followed by an 8-year-old child being violently pulled into a waiting car by an unidentified man.
Officials say their investigation into the incident is active and thanked all those who assisted the efforts.
