Police: Tractor-Trailer Cargo Container Falls On Minivan

GLENMONT, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities in upstate New York say a woman was injured when a tractor-trailer hit an overpass and its cargo container fell over.

Authorities say the crash happened on Route 9W in Glenmont Monday afternoon. Police say a tractor-trailer hit an overpass, knocking its cargo container over. The container fell on a minivan.

The driver of the minivan was taken to Albany Medical Center with injuries that are not life-threatening.

Police say charges are pending.
