Poll Results: Is The Haircut For A Haircut Punishment Fair?

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - A Utah judge recently proposed a "haircut for a haircut" punishment for a 13-year old convicted of assault for cutting the hair off of a 3-year at McDonald's.  We asked our listeners if they thought that it was fair.

More than ninety percent said that the punishment was fair, with only nine percent thinking that it was not.

On our Facebook page Darlene said, "If there was more of this type of justice coming around, there would be less of that garbage going around."
