Port Leyden Man Arrested For Predatory Assault

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - New York State Police say a Port Leyden man is being held at the Lewis County Jail on allegations of sex abuse.

50-Year old Frank J. Mann is being charged with predatory sexual assault against a child under the age of eleven.

Trooper Todd Grant, working with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) along with Child Protective Services of Oneida and Lewis Counties, and the Lewis County District Attorney's Office.  The victim has been offered counseling through the CAC.
