Preliminary Autopsy Report Released In Kirkland Street Homicide

The preliminary autopsy results have been released in Tuesday's homicide at 620 Kirkland Street in Utica.

Utica Police Chief Mark Williams says the Onondaga County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of 54-year old Theodore "Ted" Talerico a homicide.

He says the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest.

Williams they're following up on leads in the case.
