Primaries, Special Election Tomorrow
Utica, NY (WIBX) – Tomorrow is Primary Day.
Along with a number of primaries comes a special election for the 116th District State Assembly seat between Democrat Anthony Brindisi and Republican Greg Johnson.Oneida County Republican Election Commissioner Pam Mandryck says because that race is considered a General Election, polls will be open from 6 a.m to 9 p.m, while voting in the primary elections will take place from noon to 9:00.
