Another pro-gun rally will be held this week at the State Capitol.

New York State Rifle Association President Tom King says up to 10,000 people are expected in Albany tomorrow to protest the NY SAFE Act.

King says it remains the view of many that New York's new gun control law takes Second Amendment rights away from citizens.

This will be the third anti-gun control rally held in Albany since the sweeping gun control legislation passed last month.

The National Rifle Association president will reportedly attend the rally.
