Proctor High School Student Arrested For Assault

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Proctor High School student is under arrest after allegedly attacking one of his teammates.

17-Year old Hassan Lacy got into an argument with another member of the high school track team and reportedly punched the young man, knocking him to the floor of the school cafeteria.

Lacy continued to strike the student who is now hospitalized with several facial fractures and bleeding on the brain.

Lacy turned himself in to police and is now facing a misdemeanor assault charge and disorderly conduct violation.
