Four people are being charged with disrupting an official meeting and resisting an officer during a meeting of the Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

According to The News and Observer, which posted the video below, there were about three dozen protestors at the meeting:

The protestors were voicing their objection to program cuts at the university and the hiring of Margaret Spellings as the school's new president.
