Pulling Alarm In Garage Lands Man In Jail

Pulling a fire alarm unnecessarily is no joking matter.

Oneida County Sheriffs say 21-Year old Richard Lounsbury is under arrest for allegedly pulling an alarm at a garage at the Turning Stone Casino.  There was no fire or emergency, just a guy looking to stir up a few laughs.

He is now facing felony charges for falsely reporting an incident, and has time to think about the whole thing while biding his time at the Oneida County Jail.
