An alleged punch to the mouth that required five stitches forced a Henderson Harbor man to be turned over to military authorities.

27-Year old Samuel D. Crider, II on one count of third degree assault - a misdemeanor - for what New York State Police in Watertown describe as "intentionally causing physical injury" to Edward Tyler.

The apparent fight happened at about 1:00am on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Rydolph's Restaurant and Lounge in Henderson Harbor, New York.

Crider, who was turned over to military authorities at Fort Drum, was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Henderson Court on January 13, 2014.
