Red Cross Operations To Continue

from American Red Cross CNY Facebook page

Officials with the American Red Cross say they’ve provided over 27,000  meals and snacks and hundreds of overnight stays to flood victims since June 28th.

Nearly 20,000 disaster relief supplies have been handed out and 405 disaster trained volunteers from around the county have come to help.

As they begin their third week of the relief operation, CEO of the Central New York Region Rosie Taravella, says the Red Cross is prepared to continue their efforts to help those impacted by the flooding.
