The American Red Cross will be in Oneida today, providing snacks and beverages and cleaning supplies to residents affected by the recent flooding.

Three vehicles will canvass a 20-block area in Oneida from 3:00 to 7:00.

Red Cross volunteers will also be available to speak with residents about their needs.

The Red Cross will continue mobile feedings in the villages of Whitesboro and Ilion.

Through Sunday, the American Red Cross had provided over 7,500 meals, more than 2,200 cleanup kits and 566 comfort kits to residents in Oneida, Madison, Herkimer and Montgomery  counties.
