Reminder: Utica Schools on Practice Two-Hour Delay

The Utica City School District is on a previously scheduled, practice two-hour delay this morning.

Although today brought the season's first snow for much of the Utica area, the delay is not weather-related.

Reminder calls were made to parents this morning and on Thursday.
