Remsen Man Accused Of Stealing Hydrocodone Pills From Walmart

A Remsen man has been arrested for allegedly stealing Hydrocodone pills from the Walmart Pharmacy in Utica.

Utica Police say 27-year old Jonathan Demala claimed he had a weapon and that people would get hurt if his demands were not met.

He was given an amount of Hydrocodone pills before he fled.

Demala is charged with robbery.

Police are thanking the public for their help in identifying Demala as the suspect in the case.
