Remsen Man Arrested For Second Time This Week

A Remsen man has been arrested for the second time this week following a domestic incident and alleged assault.

Rome Police have charged 27-year old Craig Lockwood with assault, criminal contempt, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say Lockwood assaulted his estranged wife and another woman last night on Brush Avenue.

One of the women had a young child in a stroller,

Lockwood had been arrested earlier this week for assaulting his wife and was out on bond.
