Reward Offered in Great Bend Bank Robbery

NBT Bancorp is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who robbed a Susquehanna County bank branch October 13.

A white man, dressed all in bank entered the NBT Bank in the Mountain View Plaza in Great Bend shortly before 2 p.m. and indicated to the teller that a soft-side cooler he had contained a bomb.  The suspect made off in a white, four-door sedan with black rims and New York State license plates.

No one was hurt in the robbery.

The suspect stands about six feet, two inches tall and has blue eyes.  He had unshaven facial hair at the time.
