Reward Offered In Madison County Animal Cruelty Case
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for throwing a garbage bag containing 12 cats and kittens from a moving vehicle on Lake Street in Oneida.
The reward is being offered by the Humane Society of the United States.
Two of the animals died from the impact, five are recovering at a shelter and five have been adopted.
