Rob Palmieri Sworn in as Utica’s 76th Mayor

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Rob Palmieri was sworn in this afternoon at Utica's City Hall.  Surrounded by family and friends, Palmieri thanked his supporters, especially his wife Sue. 

Utica's new mayor realizes the city faces tough economic challenges in 2012, but says he's committed to moving the city forward, regardless of the obsticals that stand in his way.
