Rochester Man Arrested On Sexual Abuse Charges

A Rochester man has been arrested by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center for allegedly sexually abusing a child.

Investigators say 41-year old Jory Smith was staying at a home in Westmoreland for the past several weeks, where he allegedly had sexual contact.with a girl under the age of 11.

Jory is charged with three counts of sexual abuse.  An order of protection has been issued for the victim.
