Rochester Man Facing Sexual Abuse Charge

Utica, NY (WIBX) – A Rochester man is facing charges for allegedly having sexual contact with a child under the age of 17.
Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 44-year old Scott St. Denny traveled to Rome to have sex with a 15-year old boy.
St. Denny was charged with criminal sexual act.
He was sent to the County jail on $20,000 bail.
The investigation will be turned over to the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office for grand jury action.
The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
