Roefaro Discusses Roundabout [Audio]

Consulting engineer Frank Gerace discusses the roundabout prosal at a recent city council meeting

Uitca, NY (WIBX) - Utica Mayor David Roefaro talked about his plan to bring a roundabout to Oneida Square and Genesee Street on WIBX First Look Tuesday morning.

Roefaro addressed costs, traffic safety, surrounding businesses and the arts district.
