Rome Break-in Arrest

Rome, NY (WIBX) – According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, a Sauquoit man has been arrested for breaking into a home in the city of Rome and stealing cash and jewelry.
50 year old Tim Allen King was arrested on July 2, 2011 for Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.
On April 28, 2011, the Sheriff’s Office was called to a Rome residence to investigate a reported burglary complaint, the investigation revealed that Mr. King was responsible for the break-in and theft, according to authorities. King is currently being held at the Rome City Lock-up without bail. He is scheduled to appear in Rome City Court early this week.
