Rome Business Receives Loan From Mohawk Valley EDGE

Rome, NY (WIBX) - One Rome business is receiving a $50,000 Job Development Loan from Mohawk Valley EDGE to help with expansion costs.

Advanced Automation Corporation will invest $585,000 into its company, adding 16 jobs in the next two years, and keeping six current positions.

AAC serves the government and contractors working in the aerospace and defense industries, including the US Navy and the Air Force Material Command. They also work with commercial groups such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin.

Mohawk Valley EDGE's Job Development Loan Fund provides low interest loans to small businesses, helping them expand and add jobs to the area.
